Construction is well underway on Main Street - Odessa, between West Street and Creighton Drive. Drinking water customers in the current project area have been transitioned to a temporary water supply while the watermain is being replaced. Lane closures are in effect at times. There is no pedestrian access on the south side of Main Street in the project area.

Engineering and Public Works staff are working with school administration and the contractor to plan for the upcoming school year, to ensure safe access for all who walk or bus to Ernestown Secondary School or Odessa Public School.
