About the Project

Loyalist Township is currently conducting a comprehensive review of its refreshment vehicle licensing by-law. This review aims to ensure that the licensing framework is up-to-date, efficient, and aligned with the community’s needs. The review will assess various aspects, including application procedures, adding proximity limitations to the commercial core, park permit allocation, and fee structures
